Doubletree by Hilton Philadelphia-Valley Forge - "Beautiful new Doubletree (formerly Dolce), across from the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania. I met with Clem Pascarella, Senior Catering Sales Manager, who's deeply committed to making your event extra special. They have 2 huge, beautiful ballrooms on 2 floors so that your event is private and contained. It was sooo nice, staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this location for your Wedding or Bar/Bat Mitzvah. The only downfall is they're not Kosher, but if that's not important, I would definately contact Clem. He will take great care of you. Call him today at 610-337-1200. Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia, Broad and Locust Streets in Downtown Philadelphia. I went here today, 3/24/10, and can't say enough nice things about this location. The hors d'oeuvres tasted delicious and the presentation was very creative and attractive. During the meal, the food too looked great and tasted better. Lisa Deluca is the Senior Catering Manager and is a very sweet lady who prides herself on her job. I would definately check out this hotel for your event. It's outstanding!

The Chelsea - The Chelsea’s premier event venue is The Crystal Room, a 4,400-square-foot indoor banquet space (that can be divided into smaller spaces) with an accompanying outdoor terrace overlooking Sea Spa’s saltwater pool. The Crystal Room takes its name from the Howard Johnson’s ballroom that once occupied the same space and where USO volunteers entertained American troops. The Crystal Room’s namesake feature—the chandeliers—are bejeweled with refurbished crystals from the ones that once hovered over revelers here, while the Terrazzo floors were made by regrinding original flooring materials. Erin Schafer is the Catering Sales Manager and is lovely and makes the Chelsea sound really special and worth looking into.

Ask to see the Waterford Ballroom - it's a stunning room that can be converted to numerous different looks. I loved this room and it has 2 floors for your cocktail hour, etc. This room was fantastic! They also hosted the Brides for Breast Cancer event.

It's fabulous! convenient by public transportation, elegant, huge, accommodates up to 3000 people for your special event. I was extremely impressed by the hotel, service and food. Do check this place out! It's right next to the Philadelphia Convention Center. I went there for a second time, different room, and again raved about the delicious food and very attentive staff. The hotel was hopping with activity!

Adventure Aquarium - "Magnificient aquarium located in Camden, New Jersey on the Riverfront - when you have evening events, it's just stunning!" Stacy Steffen is the Facility Sales Manager, Stacy L. Soper is their Facility Sales Assistant Manager. I had dinner in their Ballroom with ABC and it blew me away! Very elegant room, food was delicious and the sharks and fish were an added plus. The Shark tunnel is magnificient and I thoroughly enjoyed that the most. You should definately check out the Aquarium for your special event. The staff was great too.
Grounds for Sculpture - I visited this magnificient location and was very impressed. There are sculptures everywhere, some modern, and some made 3D to look like famous paintings. Lots of fun and the grounds are gorgeous! On the grounds is the restaurant Rats' which is a Steven Star restaurant and has a story behind the name and is just as interesting inside with lots of rooms of various sizes. Great location for your special event! Christopher Carrell, Corporate and Private Events Manager is very entertaining to be around and very accommodating. Very passionate about providing you the very best service. Grounds for Sculpture's food and beverage management team is Starr Restaurant Catering Group.
Franklin Commons - Lovely location in Phoenixville, PA. Teri Eide is very accommodating and creative and wants to make your event as special as possible. There are two large event rooms, a fantastic hall for cocktails with great artwork to look at and a gorgeous courtyard, also perfect for cocktails but also for wedding ceremonies. There's a build in gazebo which would work great for a Chuppah as well. You should definately check this out and tell them I sent you. I just went to their grand re-opening and saw all of their offerings available and was blown away. Very versatile and unique.
Ludwigs' Gourmet Catering - They have committed themselves to work with each client individually to create a menu that suits every taste, occasion, and budget. They consider a social dining opportunity to be one of the most exciting and enjoyable experiences and are constantly experimenting with new ideas and recipes presented with style and flair. Favorites are included when ever they are requested. Courteous and friendly staff will be available to help with all aspects from beverage service through dessert. They will advise when necessary for quantities and brands of all beverages including liquor, beer and wine. I tasted their selections at a bridal show and loved every item I tasted. The staff were very nice too. Andy Ludwig, the owner, is very knowlegable about the food, wine, etc. I was extremely impressed with him when we had lunch together. Wonderful gentleman and I would highly recommend talking to Andy about your wedding with him.
The Prime Rib - Philadelphia - I had lunch at the Prime Rib and was blow away! The location is beautiful, the staff were very efficient and accommodating and friendly and the food was outstanding! I can't say enough good things about the Prime Rib! I had the crab cakes and the other selections were salmon and prime rib. Those who had it said that it was cooked to perfection and delicious. I highly recommend The Prime Rib!

I was there on 4/15/10 and it's a wonderful location for your event, Kimberly is a very sweet lady and the party rooms (2 together) accommodate 100 guests with dance floor. Kimberly told me that they have Bar/Bat Mitzvah's almost every weekend. What a fun place to have your event! I went there again and had a blast in their event rooms. We had hors d'horvres, black jack, roulette, magic, it was a really enjoyable event. Their staff was very friendly and accommodating.

On April 1, 2011, we bought the Woodside Lodge, formerly known as the Woodside Inn and The Woodside Manor. The 14,000-square-foot building containing a restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen, and 20 bedrooms is located on three-plus acres in Schwenksville, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Our intention is to preserve this historically significant structure while complementing our existing business at Spring Mountain Ski Area --- just over the mountain. Rick and Gayle Buckman, owners of this revived Spring Mountain ski lodge, have a history with saving history! They raised their 4 children and cared for over 70 foster children in their renovated 1760's farmhouse in Perkiomenville, PA. In 1999, they heard that the old Spring Mountain Ski Area was going to be purchased by a developer and that the quaint buildings, ski lifts, and runs would be razed for housing. After learning to ski at Spring Mountain, along with thousands of others in the surrounds communities, and opening their first Buckman’s Ski Shop to share their love of the sport with others, the Buckman family was compelled to try to save the recreation area. I spoke with the chef and his wife and they are a really lovely couple who wants to make your event special.
