Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia, Broad and Locust Streets in Downtown Philadelphia. I went here today, 3/24/10, and can't say enough nice things about this location. The hors d'oeuvres tasted delicious and the presentation was very creative and attractive. During the meal, the food too looked great and tasted better.
